Shane brings almost two decades of experience in leadership strategy, organizational effectiveness and change consulting to his clients. An executive coach, facilitator, and advisor, he partners with Boards and Executives across a range of business sectors, including Retail, Hospitality, Energy and Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Healthcare. He has worked with some of the world’s most innovative, high growth Technology companies and Private Equity investors in California’s Silicon Valley. A seasoned business and people leader, he has led a P&L and lived across Continents, providing a global lens to his work and leadership. Prior to consulting he occupied various managerial positions within the hospitality industry.

Shane is an executive coach to several Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 leaders and their teams. He creates a high-trust environment that allows leaders to fully explore their opportunities, challenges, barriers and enablers. He coaches with a healthy balance of empathy and challenge. His favorite work involves working with executives, teams, and systems to bring greater equity to everyday decisions, communications, processes and behaviors.

Shane holds a Masters degree (MSc) in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Surrey. His dissertation research on Fathers’ identity and experience during paternity leave earned a Distinction and helped to shape UK Paternity Policy. He became a Chartered practitioner with the Association of British Psychologists in 2009 and became an Associate Certified Coaching from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2015. He has published various papers and articles throughout his career in publications such as Chief Learning Officer, The Coaching Psychologist and HR Magazine. Areas of content including driving inclusive organizations through accountable leadership; spotting leadership potential; and coaching principles to foster employee engagement.

Outside of work Shane likes to hone his coaching skills by getting his two young children ready for school each morning. He lives in Surrey, England with his wife and kids after 5 years living and working in the United States, where they had many adventures exploring North America together.
