Naama Ben-Yehoyada

Naama brings together academic background in Psychology, organization consultancy and broad technical and entrepreneurial business experience. She has worked with clients across APAC from a variety of sectors, including Pharma, FMCG, Technology and Financial Services. She has extensive experience in developmental assessments, psychometric tests, executive coaching and facilitation.

Naama helps clients become effective leaders and develop professionally, personally and interpersonally. She helps leaders gain insight into their leadership development journey and find ways to accelerate it. She enjoys sitting with the complexity of challenges clients bring to coaching and helping them think about solutions that are both stretching and authentic to them. She is particularly passionate about coaching leaders around DEI issues working with leaders to develop their cross-cultural influencing.

Naama has contributed to creating YSC’s proposition around Adaptive Mindset, Leading Through Crisis, Women’s Leadership Development and Ethnic Inclusion.  Prior to joining YSC she co-founded an online training business delivering interactive Coach Certification Program across APAC and Europe. She’s also held a number of roles in technology companies, including computer programming, team leadership, operations management and product management.

Naama has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, a Masters in Theoretical Psychoanalytic Studies from University College London and a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Film studies from Tel Aviv University, all graduated with distinction. She has taken part in research projects in psychology and psychoanalysis. She is Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and is certified in a variety of psychometrics.
