Client Testimonials

“Brad has an ability to see beyond the specificity of a problem or situation to notice the higher level observation or learning. He had a magical way of pushing me to hold myself accountable to the goals I wanted to achieve.” Chief Commercial Officer, Retail

“I’ve had two coaches prior to Brad, and frankly didn’t find their work impactful. While Brad is personable and caring, his approach is far from fluff. He was able to ask powerful questions that led to real, tangible actions. I was able to put things into motion during the coaching and measure their impact.” CEO, Media

“Gaining Brad as a coach was one of the most impactful moments of my career. His support guided me through a major promotion and I’m not sure I would have worked through the transition without his help.” SVP, Finance, Healthcare
