Eric Pliner, CEO of YSC Consulting and Hubert Joly, the former CEO and Executive Chairman of Best Buy and currently a senior lecturer at Harvard University and member of the Board of Directors of Ralph Lauren and Johnson & Johnson, had a discussion with C-suite leaders about Hubert’s new book ‘The Heart of Business: Leadership Principles for the Next Era of Capitalism’.
