In his latest piece for Quartz, Simran Jeet Singh, YSC’s Senior Advisor for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, cautions leaders not to apply a one-size-fits-all framework to solve DEI challenges across their business. This approach inevitably reflects and amplifies the views and biases of those closer to the nexus of power, and fails to take into account the many nuances of local challenges.
