Victoria holds relationships with a variety of clients, partnering with them on culture change, leadership assessment and talent development. She is experienced in planning and leading large-scale global talent programmes. Individually, she works at C-suite level in coaching and assessment. Her passion is in supporting leaders in transition, and in helping clients reach “ah-ha” moments that result in a shift in their leadership impact.
Prior to YSC she was a Director with an Omnicom company, where she opened and ran their London office, running change and employee engagement programmes across Europe. She started her career in change management with Accenture.
Victoria holds a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Existential Psychotherapy, a Masters in Occupational Psychology and a Bachelors in Psychology. She is a UCKP registered Psychotherapist and International Coaching Federation accredited Coach. Victoria lived in New York for seven years where, alongside her consulting work, she spent three eye opening years working in a public hospital and had a private coaching practice working with executive women.
