Nisa is a Solution Architect for YSC’s Inclusive Leadership practice. In this capacity she works across the business to integrate diversity and inclusion as a core part of YSC’s offering, maintaining client needs and YSC’s distinct expertise at the forefront of her efforts.
Nisa brings a deep rooted commitment to Diversity & Inclusion to this role, both from a personal and professional perspective. As an Ethnic Albanian female, Nisa grew up challenging gender stereotypes and questioning inequalities within her own familial context. This personal connection underpinned her subsequent academic pursuits. Nisa completed a BA in Education Studies and later a MSc degree in Gender, Policy and Inequalities at the LSE, where she established a deeper appreciation for the complexity of social inequalities.
Nisa has experience working in larger financial institutes, working as a Project Management Officer at UBS and then driving internal Diversity and Inclusion work at Bank of New York Mellon. Nisa hopes to merge her academic background with her professional experience to continue to evolve YSC Inclusive Leadership practice, with an aim of expanding reach and impact across organisations.
Outside of work, Nisa has a love for animals and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her partner and friendly Chow Chow (who often gets mistaken for a lion!).
