Natalie is a Solutions Architect for YSC’s Leadership Potential team. Her role involves designing solutions based around leadership potential and supporting the change management around their implementation. Natalie’s interests include combining psychology and technology, psychometric testing and leadership development. Natalie has previous experience working in an Occupational Psychology consultancy where she worked with multiple clients in the public and private sector across leadership development, selection and assessment and change management. Natalie has also previously worked in a technology start-up and took part in a research project with lecturers at Bournemouth University which she presented at the BPS research conference in 2017.
Natalie holds a BSc in Psychology from Bournemouth University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, London. Outside of work, Natalie likes to spend her time trying new cuisines and enjoys travelling.
