Katharina Gerhardt

Katharina combines her background in learning sciences, positive psychology, agile project management and coaching to co-create environments where individuals can live up to their full performance and potential. She has lived and worked across the globe, including the United States, Switzerland, the Netherlands, UK and Germany. Before joining YSC, she spent several years working in the FMCG industry in Human Resources where she led projects around employee engagement, performance management and leadership development.

Her main passion lies in applying a strengths-based approach to help individuals, teams and organisations leverage their strengths to achieve high performance. She is at her best when supporting individuals to gain deeper insights through assessment and coaching while partnering with organisations to create a culture of learning and trust. Particular interests include individual and organisational purpose, creating a human-centred organisation, agile HR transformation, emotional intelligence, working across cultures and creating a learning organisation.

Katharina holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Munster, an MSc in Learning & Development from Maastricht University, and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania. She is an ICF certified coach and Agile ScrumMaster.
