Director (EMEA)

Claire consults globally on assessment, benchmarking, coaching and leadership development across a range of industries including infrastructure, financial services, retail and the public sector.  She founded and led YSC’s Hong Kong office from its inception in 2005.  She has worked extensively in Asia Pacific, Australia, Brazil and Mexico in a career that has included public sector, consulting and in-house Talent and OD roles. Claire specialises in the practical and pragmatic implementation of cutting edge research into client systems.  She is passionate about exploring meaning and purpose, and how these translate into sustainable action.  She is a sought after coach, who brings energy, humour and candour into her practice.

Prior to joining YSC, Claire graduated from Cambridge University, trained as a Clinical Psychologist and subsequently worked in the National Research teams at the Institute of Psychiatry. Outside work, she is a keen trail runner who regularly competes in ultra-marathons in UK and overseas.
