Anita’s primary focus is to help senior executives maximise their potential. She is a passionate advocate of diversity, helping organisations to celebrate and value the differences in their people to fully utilise all talent, creativity and innovation. She is skilled at assessing, coaching and nurturing talent, helping both the individual and the organisation to develop in a healthy and meaningful way. Her coaching style is insightful and provocative, yet highly supportive, leading to lively engagement and positive change. Anita has worked across a wide range of organisations in both the private and public sector, including housing associations, financial services, the oil and gas industry, pharmaceuticals, media and the entertainment industry.
Anita holds a degree in Business Studies, a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology, and a foundation in Psychosynthesis. She has a double merit European Diploma in Executive Coaching and is a corporate member of the Institute of Personnel. She spent her earlier career in the non-profit sector, working with communities in East London helping to bring about government policy change in housing, immigration and race relations. Anita has run a charity for homeless women and children. Anita is a mother who believes strongly in the importance of achieving a good work/life balance and having fun in her professional life. She is married to a criminal barrister and lives in North London with their two children.
