Profile Summary

We are recruiting into our innovative Leadership Lab team, to place an experienced Analytics Consultant to be based in our London office.   This is an opportunity to combine research skills with data analytics to shape the way our clients think about leadership, talent and culture, and to measure our impact.

This role will closely collaborate with the Leadership Lab Consultants, whilst also partnering with the Data & Digital team and client facing teams to build out new models, frameworks, and consulting tools.   Developing new thought leadership and related solutions, requires an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and at time ambiguous environment.  The Leadership Lab teamwork across a global business and respond to a changing marketplace.

We are looking for someone who has a mix of people analytics skills, and experience using evidence based research to lead on or co-create new thinking, products or tools.  We require someone who works equally well in a team to produce quality output, as independently to deliver on their own commitments.  Due to the nature of our client work, we need someone who has credibility with senior audiences and is keen to stay up to date with trends in the leadership field.  We are relational culture who strives to deliver premium outputs.

Desired Skills & Experience

It is likely that the successful candidate will have:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology (I/O, Business, or Clinical Psychology) or Business (Organizational Behavior/ Development, Management, Human Resources, Leadership) or equivalent levels of skill and knowledge.
  • Experience working within or partnering with large organisations.
  • Experience using evidence-based research within the field of leadership and the ability to carry this out independently.
  • Track record of generating insights that leads to new thinking, new products, or new tools.
  • Proficiency in statistics such as distributions, predictive modelling, data validation and statistical testing.
  • Advanced capability in technical platforms leveraged by YSC, including Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and proficiency with a data analytics platform such as R or Python.
