“Working with Wendy on a senior leadership development programme was a fantastic experience, thanks to Wendy’s professionalism, intelligent design, stakeholder engagement and capability. Wendy invested 100% throughout the 1-1’s, group sessions and program development to ensure that the content and approach was right for the client team, listening for all that was said and wasn’t said to capture the needs and to bring the team with her. Her professional credentials were outstanding, but her personal approach and effectiveness means I highly recommend Wendy to any client organisation, knowing that she would get it just right and add immense value. I hope I get to work with Wendy again – it would be a pleasure and a great insight”.
Continuous Improvement Manager,

“I had transitioned roles within my organisation to take on a role of leading global teams and developing strategies which I had no previous experience of. Wendy has a brilliant way of asking questions to dig deeper, think through the options of the best way to approach the scenarios, share experiences and draw out your own knowledge. Wendy always left me feeling confident in myself and my ability to successfully fulfil my job. The tools that Wendy shared with me during our sessions have helped me to develop in my role and I find that I am using the techniques on an almost daily basis. My coaching sessions were a great way to support my personal development and I look forward to working with Wendy in future. I would highly recommend her as a coach”.
