Valerie Thomas

Valerie has vast experience working in human resources for smaller companies. Through her experiences, she has gained a breadth of knowledge in all areas of human resources from compensation analysis, recruiting, performance management, training & development, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, benefits administration, and payroll operations.

Valerie earned her BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where she focused her studies on Human Resource Management. Outside of work, Valerie loves to travel, is an avid reader, and enjoys visiting museums, libraries and great restaurants.
