Tom Gibbs

Tom is a product manager at heart with a passion for building data driven products and services which help organizations and individuals be the best they can.

Prior to joining YSC Consulting, he spent the first part of his career at SHL. Initially specializing in designing and bringing to market various psychometric assessments he then moved on to shaping and rolling out a data-driven, talent analytics offering. Tom also gained experience in the commercial organization as well as product management, leading in areas such as service evolution, knowledge sharing, process automation and platform development.

Tom holds a BA in Modern History and Politics from the University of Reading. He is a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner and BPS Registered Qualified Test User in Personality (OPQ) and Ability Instruments.
