Tina Houshmand

Tina brings over a decade of international experience in CEO, C-suite, and investor succession, executive coaching, team development, leadership development and analytics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Since joining YSC in 2013, she has worked with over 700 leaders individually and with 40 teams across 100+ organizations, 50+ nationalities and 20+ industries. As a founding member of YSC’s Private Equity practice, she brings a deep specialism in Private Equity and experience working across large and mid-cap firms as well as Venture Capitalists. She partners closely with senior investors and portfolio executives to accelerate value creation through leadership.

As an advisor, coach, and assessor, Tina is characterized by her strong head and heart. She is sharp, transparent and courageous in her thinking whilst building deep trust, understanding, and partnership with her clients.

Tina resides in Berlin, Germany, where she also works closely with scale-ups and founders on their journey for accelerated growth. Before joining YSC in 2013, her experience includes market research consulting, people analytics, and the launch of a digital learning & development start-up.

She holds a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She is an ICF-accredited team and executive coach. She loves different cultures and languages, speaks Swedish, English, Persian and German. Outside of work, she is an avid explorer and adventurer. find her exploring new cuisines, countries, or adventures.
