Temitope is a Managing Consultant at YSC. He brings over 13 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Transformation, Leadership Development and Coaching, Culture and Change management.
Prior to joining YSC, he has worked across the value chain of HR Transformation consulting and has developed speciality in Identifying and developing potentials which helps organizations through succession planning. He has done this for a range of corporate organizations across the UK, Europe, and Africa.
In the last 5 years, he spent his career working with CHRO’s and Senior leadership of various organizations in redefining their organization culture and ways of working, managing change pre and post covid era and helped them understand the future of work and how embedding technology in organizational practices can help elevate employee experience.
Temitope has worked across various industries and sectors, including financial services, Retail & Fashion, Non-Profit, FMCG and Media. A notable achievement for Temi is leading a large-scale Demutualization project which includes Leadership & Board Alignment, culture-change management, and program management at while at Deloitte for a globally recognized stock exchange.
Personally, Temi enjoys time playing football, travelling, and spending time with his family. He also spends time mentoring young Africans on career pathways and development and has authored a book titled “Work Readiness Made Easy”.
Temitope holds an MSc in Management and Investment Strategies from Nottingham Business School and a BSc Accounting from Babcock University. Beyond the degrees, Temi has attended several leadership and professional development courses including the Harvard Business School Professional Development program.
