Taylor Paddington

Taylor joined as a Senior Product Manager in June 2023 within our DDS Team. He is an avid Product person that specialises in building data products and capabilities that enable businesses to get the most of their data.

Taylor started his career in Product in Queenstown, New Zealand, where he continued to live and snowboard (recklessly) for five and a half years alongside founding and operating an adventure film festival. Upon returning to the UK and prior to YSC, he spent time at Sainsbury’s where he managed a Customer Data Platform that enabled marketing and campaigns, a commercial insights platform and introduced new digital features.

Taylor holds a BA in English Literature, a MSc in International Marketing from the University of Sussex and is a CertfiifedProduct Manager. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys watching rugby and football, keeping fit and cooking.
