Susie Kelleher

Susie brings 30 years of experience with a unique and diverse background. She has been a healthcare provider, a sales consultant, an Executive and leader of people. She has worked globally across industries with many leading Fortune 500 companies including medical, automotive, technology, entertainment, financial, retail and consumer goods sectors. Susie serves on the North America Leadership team at YSC and works primarily at the C-suite level. Her areas of expertise include, top team development, change management and strategy development, culture change, executive assessment, coaching and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to moving into leadership strategy consulting, Susie spent two decades working as a leader inside large and complex organizations, which allows her to bring a strong commercial lens to her work. Susie understands the complexity, pressure and dilemmas leaders must navigate. She draws on her own experience as a leader, her ongoing research and her extensive experience working with leaders across continents and industries, to bring a fresh perspective and growth mindset to her work with clients.

In her prior consulting firm Susie was part of the Executive team, leading the global consulting group. In 2020, she faced the same difficult decisions and challenges brought on by the global pandemic and social unrest that many of her client CEO’s and Senior Leaders faced. She worked with these leaders and teams to shift from seeing obstacles, to noticing opportunities to fully step into their leadership and create new commercial strategies, along with inclusive and thriving cultures.

Susie has delivered multiple keynotes and been the Practice Area Leader for DEI and Advancing Women Leaders. She has published multiple thought leadership blogs and articles in HR Magazine and Women Leaders and was a key contributor to the white paper “The Hard Truth About Inclusion in the Workplace.”

Susie holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the Mayo Clinic and a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She is an International Coach Federation and Co-Active Certified Coach, a Certified Behavior Change Specialist and Change Practitioner. She holds certifications in Team Coaching, Organization Development, Collaborative Consulting, various psychometrics, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
