Sonia Plastiras

Sonia is a leadership consultant, executive coach and strategic advisor. She partners closely with leaders to support them to maximise their impact and shape the future. Operating at the individual, team and organisational level, she is deeply committed to unlocking potential and seeing real and sustainable outcomes for her clients and their respective organisations. She has worked in complex business systems across a breadth of industries, including Financial and Professional Services, Mining & Energy, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals. ​

Sonia’s career spans across management consulting in large multinational firms; people leadership of geographically dispersed teams; functional management of a client delivery business unit; and private practice generalist psychology work. She specialises in leading and executing talent interventions, large-scale change and transformation, leadership coaching, and facilitation. ​

Sonia holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales; a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Western Sydney; and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Macquarie University. Sonia is a Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) and IECL Certified Coach. ​

Sonia’s personal interests include spending time at local cafes and parks with her husband and daughter, cooking, dancing, travelling and socialising with friends and family. She stays connected to her Italian heritage and family living abroad.    ​
