Shirley is an adaptable and innovative professional who brings her unique skills and experience to YSC Consulting to help YSC achieve operational excellence as the business grows. She has extensive experience managing a wide variety of projects, working with multiple stakeholders, achieving consensus and managing operational change across organizations. Her range of experience provides her with comprehensive insights into how organizations and individuals within an organization operate, and how to get the best out of both.

Prior to YSC, Shirley initiated major initiatives to help establish structures and standardize procedures to support fast growing businesses. She has worked in the public, private and not for profit sectors in the US and Australia.  Her work has spanned a variety of industries from real estate to sports and entertainment.
