Shay leverages his experience in people analytics, assessment, and technology in talent assessment and organizational development interventions. He has focused on research and development, assessment product innovation, and shaping client-focused technology solutions. A specialist in organisational behavior, he has considerable experience in designing bespoke solutions to meet client’s talent management needs, and in developing psychometric tools and assessment products. Shay completed a Psychology Undergraduate at the University of Sydney, and a Masters’ in Organisational Psychology at Macquarie University. Outside of work, he is an avid football player and is a self-confessed nerd.
