Roxana´s experience spans talent and performance management, top leadership development, high performing teams, total rewards, resourcing, C-Suite and senior leaders coaching and change management. She has experience predominantly in consumer goods companies and education. She enjoys working with executive teams and organizations to translate their leadership and talent strategy into meaningful and relevant sustainable solutions that help achieve business agenda. She is particularly interested and has experience in cultural transformation and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives; supporting leaders to manage change and uncertainty whilst impacting business results and helping them to bring a curious lens that can foster inclusion in their teams.
She also enjoys and is experienced in working in an international context with multi-cultural teams and executive leaders from different sectors and complex systems. She brings a cross-cultural insight and inclusive mindset when facilitating team or group interventions or when working with leaders to have a positive impact in the workplace by encouraging inclusive behaviors.
In her one-to-one work – executive assessments and coaching, she enjoys balancing the psychological with the commercial and helping leaders’ transition to new roles and reach practical goals that are based on deep personal insight in order to drive either more sustainable or transformational change. She adds value to the life of her coachees by focusing not just in the present but also thinking around the future.

Roxana earned her first degree at Universidad Anáhuac (Mexico City), where she studied Education and Development. Her second degree at Ateneo Pontificio Regina Apostolorum (Rome, Italy), where she studied Religious Sciences. She then completed a MSc in Human Capital Development with a certification on Executive Coaching.
Roxana loves different cultures and languages, speaks Spanish, English and French. She wants to make a positive impact on the lives of her community, so she volunteers during her spare time. She has a genuine interest in helping others. She enjoys being with her family and friends, playing tennis and swimming. She also likes to listen to classical musical, play the piano and have time to pray.
