Rosanna Trasatti
Rosanna is a member of the Global Leadership Team based in San Francisco. She launched and now leads YSC Consulting’s global private equity practice. Rosanna specializes in helping PE firms and their portfolio companies move from investment thesis to a leadership strategy that accelerates value creation. She works exclusively with boards and C-suite leaders. Given her work is portfolio-based, she works across sectors with a specialty in helping the leaders of investor-owned businesses drive results with purpose and pace. That work most typically includes executive assessment, CEO succession, coaching, executive team development and board effectiveness. In addition to her nearly 20 years’ experience in assessment and development, she brings a focus in performance psychology and resilience to her work.
Rosanna earned a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and an MBA from Widener University, with additional certifications in both Forensic and Organizational Psychology. She holds a BA in English and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. A once avid adventure traveler, amateur cook and certified yoga instructor, Rosanna currently spends most of her free time chasing after her two young daughters and fantasizing with her husband about being diaper-free again.
