Ronja Torspecken

Ronja joined YSC in May 2020 where she specializes in Private Equity clients in our London office. Prior to this Ronja worked as a development consultant in Germany where she worked with a range of clients in retail, sales and manufacturing. In her last role as an in-house specialist for People Development in the UK charity sector, she specialized in Senior Leadership and Management Development. She is experienced in the design and delivery of senior leadership development programs, 360 degree feedback processes and leadership capability building. She has a keen interested in utilizing assessment, coaching and training to help leaders become the best version of themselves.
Ronja graduated at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster with a BSc Psychology and is currently working towards her MSc in Occupational Psychology. Her research focused on expert-layperson communication as well as the assessment of political competence.
If she is not at work she is following her passion for interior design, currently fitting out her houseboat on the London canals. She loves the excitement she gets from outdoor-sports like trekking and rock climbing as well as the relaxation through practicing Yoga and tending to her vegetable garden.
