For over 20 years, Robyn has been in the Leadership Strategy consultancy business helping both organizations and individuals create the conditions for change and connect with their purpose. Over the course of her career, she has led highly visible initiatives for Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the areas of executive assessment solutions, leadership development, job analysis and employee selection. She specializes in listening to her clients’ core needs and consistently delivering the precise, problem-solving solutions that produce results and provide peace of mind. Prior to joining YSC, Robyn worked for a global human resource consultancy concentrating her time in the Leadership Development and Executive Assessment practices. Her experience includes executive coaching, assessing leaders for selection and development, 360° feedback, and working on large-scale selection and leadership development initiatives. She has worked across most major industry sectors including banking and finance, pharmaceutical and biotech, retail, energy consumer goods, and automotive.

Executive assessment, development, and coaching is a core focus of Robyn’s expertise. She is particularly adept at helping leaders look at the challenges they face in a different light, enjoying helping her clients come up with innovative ways to solve problems to enable them to move to the next level in their careers. She is also keenly interested in the perception of effective leadership in different cultures, and how this plays out across global teams. Her coachees share that they can tell how invested she is in their future and that they feel comfortable being honest with her. She creates a safe environment that allows them to share their challenges and collaboratively work through them.

Robyn holds a Masters degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Syracuse University. She achieved her coaching certification from the College of Executive Coaching and is qualified in a number of psychometric instruments including the FIRO-B and Hogan Suite.​

Originally from New York, Robyn has lived all over New England, and finally settled down in a small coastal town in Connecticut. She loves to cook and travel, and combine those 2 passions as much as possible. When not traveling, she is an active volunteer in a program in her area aimed at ending food insecurity.
