Rawn Santiago

Rawn’s approach to consulting is synthesized by a decade of research and experience in the leadership space. Her purpose is to touch the lives of others by providing them with insight that enables them to enrich their lives. She assesses and coaches senior executives across finance, pharma, technology, energy, hospitality, retail, and private-equity-backed companies. She partners with clients to drive value through effective talent and leadership strategies.

As a coach, she provides leaders discover a sense of purpose and meaning and empowers them to create the conditions for them to pursue their north star. She provides leaders with the support they need to thrive and operate in engaging and sustainable ways. She specializes in coaching leaders through transitions, helping them understand their new context and what behavioral shifts they need to make to thrive in their new environment. Her research areas further support her ability to find answers for her clients and help them unlock their true potential.

Rawn holds a Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College. She is qualified in psychometric instruments, such as the Hogan Suite.

Rawn is passionate about helping leaders from underrepresented identities break through barriers in their careers so they can do more of the work that speaks life to them. She is an adjunct professor teaching a master’s level Organizational Leadership course. Rawn is an active member of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychologists (SIOP) and The New York Metropolitan Association of Applied Psychology (METRO). She is likely traveling, reading, or conducting research in her free time.
