Consulting Team

Ragini is an Organisational Psychologist and Organisation Development and Change specialist, with over 12 years of experience working with global corporates across APAC and EMEA. Partnering with a range of clients across the UK, Europe and India, like McKinsey & Company, ZS Associates and Infosys Limited, her extensive experience spans the consulting and corporate worlds alike.

Ragini has a proven track record in People Consulting roles with specialist expertise in Learning and Leadership Development, Cultural and Behavioural Transformation, Employee Engagement and Driving Change and Impact through People. In the last year, she has led, and project managed large, globally dispersed teams of People Consultants to diagnose, design and implement complex HR Transformation projects. These include an enhanced Employee Experience Framework for a FTSE 500 FMCG client, Change Management for Digital & Cultural Transformation for Maritime and Aviation clients, and Learning Transformation for a client in the Ecommerce industry.

Ragini’s education is strongly rooted in Psychology. She began studying it in High School, completed her Bachelors in Theoretical Psychology and graduated top of her class with Honours at Delhi University (DU). She did her first Post Graduate degree in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics (LSE) and graduated with Merit. Her second Masters was in Organisation Development & Change Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) several years later, when she felt the need to study organisations in order to understand the people within them better.

In addition to her degrees, Ragini strongly believes in continued learning and is trained and certified across several psychometrics and techniques. Some of these include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Steps 1 & 2, Design Thinking, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) along with Eriksonian and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

On the personal front, Ragini is a dog lover without a dog, and you might see her on Zoom calls dog-sitting for her neighbours. She has been trying to learn Spanish for a while, and after close to a year, can finally say ‘Hola’. Ragini strongly believes the lockdown period turned her into a great chef, however her otherwise loving husband disagrees!
