Paris joined YSC in 2022 as a Leadership Analytics Consultant. Her prior work in the field of business psychology includes conducting research for Fortune 500 companies and implementing executive training programs related to inclusive leadership. Her research has been published in top academic journals with media coverage. Her area of specialism is in assessing emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence that will impact the way we work.
She holds an MSc in Industrial/ Organisational and Business Psychology from University College London and a BSc in Cognitive Science from University of British Columbia. She has also been certified as a practitioner in numerous psychometrics assessments.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and travelling with friends and family.
