She originally studied physics at the University of Oxford, where she obtained a first-class Masters degree. She retrained in psychology, completing a conversion degree and then a Masters with distinction in 2016. As a mum to two young kids, she is passionate about parental coaching and helping women and men to manage that, most challenging and fulfilling of life’s transitions.

“I’ve found the experience intense and invaluable. In a relatively short space of time, I’ve been on a genuine journey of self-evaluation and developed techniques to turbo-charge my influence and impact. Pamela has helped me think intently about my own strengths and areas to develop and guided me through this process.”

“The coaching I received from Pamela has been excellent, particularly in helping me make the transition to a new job which has come at a pivotal time in my career. She has enabled me to find the solutions to overcome challenges, helped me better understand what I thrive on, my working style and enabled me to go into some difficult conversations at work with a much greater confidence. Her style is very calm, warm and supportive. I left each session feeling much more confident and empowered and also with a much greater awareness of my strengths and development areas.”
