Ophelia joined YSC in March 2022 in the London office as a Client Coordinator. Ophelia is responsible for project management and scheduling for a number of clients. This includes diary management for consultants within the EME region, however Ophelia offers her help and resources to consultants for all time zones. Ophelia is also involved in high-ranking client engagement and support. Ophelia has a wealth of experience in client-facing and support roles, as her previous roles were mainly being an Executive Assistant to Directors, and so Ophelia is able to bring her expertise in high-level operations administration to her role at YSC. In addition, a previous role for Ophelia was as a Talent Coordinator for an international bank and there Ophelia was able to capitalise and learn from many influential people around the world and bring this experience and knowledge to YSC.

Ophelia has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from The University of West London and has also achieved an accreditation from Souters for an Executive Assistant course. Combining psychology and the experience of being an Executive Assistant, Ophelia is able to: support business development activity, provide scheduling and administration support, and also build client relationships.

Outside of work Ophelia likes to draw and paint, where two of her pieces were exhibited at an art gallery in Zurich, Switzerland, from February-March 2022 and also Ophelia will have one of her paintings displayed at a well-known art gallery in central London in September 2022. Ophelia also likes volunteering at an art shop, exploring rural places, reading and travelling.
