Oliver Franke

Oliver joined YSC in 2022 as a Business Manager for the Private Equity Business. 

Prior to YSC, Oliver worked as a Senior Project Manager for a L&D and HR Consultancy. Oliver worked with clients both in the private and public sector, such as financial intuitions, engineering firms, transport operators, state bodies and media corporations. Oliver has led global projects involving multiple countries across a wide portfolio of end-to-end HR solutions.

Oliver enjoys building relationships with his stakeholders to ensure the best working environment and aligned goals between all parties. Oliver enjoys being involved throughout the project life cycle and particularly enjoys working on processes and systems to continue to improve both operational efficiency and client experience. 

Oliver graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Spanish, having studied both in the UK and in Spain. Away from work, Oliver enjoys cooking, travelling and participating in sports.
