Nigel Ritson

Nigel has significant experience in the areas of leadership assessment and development, training, talent management and organisational development. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Natal. Before joining YSC, Nigel spent 12 years in a global professional services firm where he designed and conducted leadership assessment centres across Africa, Eastern Europe, Russia and the US. Prior to this, he worked for blue-chip organisations in mining and FMCG. He started his career as a plant manager for a sweet factory, before specialising in organisational development and moving into organisational psychology. Nigel’s interests include military history, aviation and mountain biking.
