“I really enjoy working with Natasha – she’s infectiously enthusiastic, positive and cheerful. She displays great listening and evaluation skills. Several times we’ve made changes to the programme at fairly late notice, or have had hitches crop up, and she has always accommodated these very quickly and without missing a step. But at the same time she’s not afraid to make decisions and call things, or put her insights across (always in a professional and constructive way) to make sure we get the best out of the programme. Natasha is someone I can call on for sound advice and guidance and to talk things through, use as a critical friend, and someone who will deliver.”

“I can honestly say that the personal report I received as part of this course was one of the most helpful and insightful pieces of development feedback I have ever had. Please pass on my grateful thanks to Natasha Abajian who was both a consummate professional and a delight to work with. She is a real ambassador for your organisation.”
