Myranda Grahek

Myranda is a member of the Global Private Equity Practice based in Dallas/Fort Worth. She has a long track record of working with top executives providing assessment, team development, and succession planning. Myranda is known for using her knowledge of human behavior and business to provide deep personal insight that executives can easily apply to more positively impact their teams and organizations. She encourages and challenges leaders to bring their full energy and potential to their work.

Prior to joining YSC, she led a consulting firm’s operations, product development, and teams delivering executive assessment and coaching. She has worked with organizations of various sizes and industries.

Myranda graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration before completing her Masters and Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. When not working, she can be found trying out a new recipe or chasing her two energetic boys.
