Melanie Green

Mel joined YSC in 2022, as a Leadership Analytics Consultant.

Before YSC, Mel has worked in people operations and research roles for consultancies, tech start ups and professional membership bodies. Most recently this involved research on DEI, future workplace trends and improving people practices.

Mel has A first degree in Psychology from Cardiff University and an MSC in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey.

Outside of work, you’ll find Mel spending time outdoors or making her way through the food and coffee London has to offer.
