THE YSC TEAM

Meghan Craig
As a leadership strategy consultant, Meghan partners across multiple industry sectors to support C-suite leaders in individual, team, and organizational development. From a systemic and cultural lens, she partners with senior executives and their teams to develop insight into their aspirations and potential to drive strategic impact. Over the last ten years she has partnered with C-suite executives to define their strategic and cultural vision, to work through key transitions and change processes, and to drive team alignment, performance and coherence in service of the strategic vision.
Meghan trained as a counselling psychologist and psychotherapist and she regularly draws on her training and practice to inform her consulting and her coaching practice. Originally from South Africa, and having lived and worked across 4 continents, she is curious about exploring cultural nuance and diverse identities through coaching relationships.
In her tenure with YSC, a key focus for Meghan has been in developing our thinking and proposition around inclusive leadership and cultures. She has been a lead contributor in the research and publication of the 30% Club’s “Cracking the Code”, the subsequent publication of “View from the Top – interviews with CEOs”, and more recently the Level 20 publication: “Drivers in the retention of senior women in private equity”. Meghan also co-led the development of our Inclusive Leadership Model, a now validated and integrated model across all our DEI offerings. In practice, Meghan works closely at the organizational and individual level to enable C-Suite leaders to develop the behaviors and leadership signals that drive an inclusive organizational culture.
Meghan holds a Graduate Diploma, Psychology from Oxford Brookes University, a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from Regents College, and is a Chartered Psychologist (BPS) and Registered Practitioner (HCPC), as well as an ICF Accredited Coach (ACC), and is currently in-training to become a Coaching Supervisor.
Outside of work, she enjoys opportunities to develop her own knowledge and self-awareness, through travel, people, and personal development opportunities. She loves spending time outdoors with her 2 boys and look for any opportunity to get out into nature.

“Meghan has been a huge help through our coaching session and I felt that we could have an honest, direct conversation at all times. I always felt comfortable disclosing what was on my mind and found her to be provocative in response… not in a forced way but with a very natural and engaging manner.”
