Mandy is proactive in understanding new software, systems, and identifying effective process changes. She thrives in high pressure environments and excels in building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive revenue. Prior to joining YSC, Mandy worked in client facing roles, accumulating over 8 years of experience in client and account management. With a broad background that includes Wealth Management, Family Law, and non-profit, she adapts quickly to new situations and navigates the unknown with ease.

Mandy received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a Certificate in African Studies from Indiana University Bloomington. Outside of work, Mandy is energized by exploring new countries, and making memories with friends. She lives in Los Angeles with her cat.
