Supported by a strong understanding of organizational and individual context, she offers a unique perspective that focuses on both the human behavior side of leaders and teams and the broader context of the organization, considering the influence of both intra and interpersonal dynamics.

She cares deeply about supporting leaders in creating psychologically safe environments that engender strong passion and meaningful connection to the work for individuals and teams levels as they drive toward a shared strategic vision. Clients describe her as authentic, curious, intuitive, and direct, guiding meaningful change through new perspectives, challenge, and support.

Lucy has a B.A. in Psychology and English from Boston College and earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences. Lucy is particularly passionate about supporting women from underrepresented groups in leadership and STEM, and has previously worked closely with Girls Who Code and other non-profit organizations focused on similar initiatives.

Outside of work Lucy loves seeing live music, traveling with friends, and adventuring outdoors – surfing, hiking, running (this is ore of a love-hate relationship), skiing, and sailing. Competitive sailing has been one of Lucy’s lifelong passions since childhood and she still competes in national and international regattas today.
