Lucy Butterworth

Lucy partners with global clients across a range of industries to design and deliver survey projects. She manages YSC Consulting’s online capability sprints, ensuring successful implementation and engagement.  Lucy has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from the University of Surrey and is a qualified psychometric test user in both Occupational Ability and Personality Testing. Prior to joining YSC, she worked in leadership development and strategy consulting in the legal sector. Also, Lucy has experience in the rail industry, working on projects to improve safety and performance. Outside of work, Lucy is a member of Rock Choir and takes part in local performances throughout the year.
