Lizzette is an experienced strategic advisor, leader, and executive coach who creatively leverages her over 20+ year experience to design leadership strategy initiatives that provide clients with meaningful and measurable results. She has global experience partnering with Fortune 100 and 500 organizations, and has worked with leaders at all levels, including extensive work at the CEO, Board, and Executive Team level.

Lizette specializes in leading CEO Succession, Executive Assessment & Development, Team Effectiveness, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Executive Coaching initiatives. She has provided expertise on the development and implementation of enterprise-wide and individually focused talent management solutions that truly impact behavior change and strategic business results. She has worked across a wide spectrum of functions and industries including technology, consumer products, aerospace, healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, professional services, manufacturing, energy, mining, transportation, food services, hospitality, retail and government.

As a coach and consulting advisor, her clients appreciate her ability to help them cut to the chase quickly to identify business critical issues and then turn their intentions into concrete actions. The practical, consultative nature of her coaching and consulting discussions helps clients tackle potential barriers, develop viable options and actionable solutions, determine what success looks like, and create a plan of action. They appreciate her authenticity and ability to help them feel at ease throughout the coaching process. They enjoy how she’s able to share suggestions and concrete examples through the use of powerful questioning.

Lizzette holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from University of South Florida, an MS in Industrial Psychology from Florida International University, and a BA in psychology from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, she is certified in several assessment instruments including competency-based behavioral assessments (e.g., customized simulations, role plays, structured interviews), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)®, FIRO-B®, EQ-I®, CPI 260®, Strengths Finder, and the Hogan Assessment Suite.

When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her two boys enjoying the warm weather and soaking up the sunshine Southern California is known for. She enjoys traveling for pleasure, is an avid reader, and enjoys running, tennis, and horseback riding.
