Lisa Bisoffi

During her early career at YSC, Lisa was responsible for managing the operations of the newly created online business which included creating project management processes, shaping the online delivery options and building the team. Lisa is now responsible for engaging with clients across all stages of the project – from designing surveys, to creating effective communications and processes to ensure smooth running projects that gather the best possible feedback on the individual, team or organisation.  She partners with YSC’s European offices, whilst continuing to manage various UK based clients.  Her professional areas of specialism include project management, communications and feedback and survey design.

Lisa graduated in 2000 from the University of London with a Psychology degree and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Management from the University of Westminster. Originally based in the London office, Lisa has been living in Italy with her family since 2007.
