Lilla Kovacs

Lilla is an analyst in the YSC London office. After completing a BSc (Hons) in Psychology at King’s College London, she worked as a Business Psychologist. Through this role, Lilla gained extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research and advising clients on consumer and employee behaviour. This work grounded her interest in leadership consulting and enabling the psychological strengths of individuals to the benefit of business strategies. Lilla is currently completing her MSc part-time at The London School of Economics and Political Sciences in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour.

Lilla is motivated to use analytics to help clients understand and develop their talent pool and access individual potential. In her free time, Lilla enjoys travelling and getting to know different cultures. She has spent a year studying Mandarin in Singapore and enjoys the challenge of learning languages.
