Lesley has experience in project management and evidence-based program creation for global and local clients developing their talent. Backed by her strong work ethic and natural curiosity, she delivers with operational excellence, organizational skills and customer service. 

Prior to joining YSC in 2022, Lesley managed projects spanning multiple workstreams involving assessment, coaching and leadership development activities. Before moving to London, she worked in the media and public relations sector in China where she collaborated with international and local clients in the delivery of integrated communication strategies. 

Lesley completed her MSc in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London. Prior to this, she graduated from Washington State University with dual bachelor’s degrees in Chinese Language & Culture and Public Relations. Lesley is certified in the Hogan Assessments, BPS Occupational Test User (Ability and Personality) Accreditation and is trained as a Mental Health First Aider. 

When not at work, Lesley enjoys exploring new countries, staying active and reading about people, cultures and organizations. Having lived in five countries, she is naturally curious about languages, cultures and behaviors. Her passion is learning how various contextual experiences impact behavior, motivation, and wellbeing at work.
