Laura Clarke

Laura constantly seeks to enhance clients’ experience, YSC’s organisational value and individual contributions. Laura is passionate about building relationships and supporting others through their own professional development. With an in-depth and unique perspective of YSC’s services and processes, she specialises in holistically refining the consulting life cycle – from business development and proposals, through design and delivery, to evaluation and review. She aims to fully leverage YSC’s collective strengths to deliver exceptional consulting services.

Laura has gained a lot of experience in the global Operations team working across EMEA and APAC, having held various roles across the full operational remit, including Business Manager – project managing APAC’s largest global programs – and Global Coaching Manager – supporting our Head of Coaching in the global roll out of our coaching toolkit. Laura partners closely with the Online, Insights and Operations teams to implement the Coaching Pulse evaluation tool. Also, she has provided PA support across the APAC and EMEA consulting teams.
