Katy Dowden

Katy joined YSC in 2016 as part of the Online team, providing support for online functions across a range of clients. In 2021 she moved to her current role as Global CRM Coordinator in the Commercial team. She has experience in end-to-end project management, data quality control and analytics. ​

Katy graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA in History. Following her graduation, Katy worked as a Marketing Assistant for a leading cloud-based customer service solution company, then as a Data and Research Manager for a financial magazine. ​

Outside of work she enjoys travel, art and reading.
