Kate is a Business Psychologist and accredited Coach and her work includes leadership assessment and development, talent identification, coaching and broader organisational development consultancy. She works with FTSE 100 clients across sectors and manages key client relationships. Kate is passionate about helping organisations and individuals to harness their talent and align it to commercial and strategic goals. Through her developmental insights, she helps leaders to deepen their self-knowledge, thus facilitating behavioural change which has both a personal and business impact. As a coach, she builds strong relationships and combines insight with genuine care and challenge. Deeply fascinated by understanding individuals and organisations and helping them to operate at their best, she combines a business-focused approach with psychological insight into individuals, teams and organisations.
Kate is also a published researcher who ran London Business School’s Behavioural Research Centre, following an earlier career as a communications expert. Kate holds an MA from Cambridge, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology with Distinctions. She also has a counselling qualification and is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF.
