Karnavir Rana

Karnavir is a data analyst supporting the global markets where he works alongside consultant teams providing insights on various client projects from psychometrics and stakeholder feedback interviews to designing workshops. He completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. His studies and internships enabled him to connect and articulate the relationship between statistical analysis, psychology, and the corporate world. After completing his BA, he worked in Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion, servicing offices across the globe. Through this role Karnavir gained a deep insight into the cultural differences in people, success, and views on diversity.

Karnavir has a deep interest in neurodiversity and is driven to play his part in creating a culture that promotes and utilizes differences in thought and experience.
