Kam works with a range of senior clients across different sectors specialising in one-to-one assessments, individual and team coaching, designing and delivering leadership programmes and culture change. She is passionate about using psychology to bring deep insights to her clients and helping them to drive change at all levels – individual, team and organisational. Her experience in-house gives her a strong appreciation of the importance of commercial, innovative and pragmatic solutions as well as the challenges around creating sustainable change in complex and global organisations

Kam started her career at London’s Metropolitan Police Service supporting senior police officers to assess and build capability and drive organisational effectiveness. Since then, she has held People and HR roles in consultancy and in-house in the Financial Services sector. Her work around ethical leadership and culture won her the award for ‘Excellent Innovation in Business Psychology’ with the Association of Business Psychologists.

Kam has a BSc in Psychology and Management, MSc in Occupational Psychology and a Foundation in Psychotherapy. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. Outside of work, she is a keen swing dancer.
