Julie is passionate about helping leaders, teams, and organizations maximize their performance and amplify their impact.
For over a decade, Julie has worked across all human capital disciplines as both an in-house HR professional and management consultant. She has supported organizations from a wide range of industries and sizes on some of their toughest and most complex strategic, cultural, and leadership challenges. She specializes in executive team and C-suite effectiveness through targeted coaching, development, and facilitation, primarily within private equity, media and technology, and healthcare companies.
Clients appreciate her keen insight, infectious energy, and natural ability to connect. She skillfully facilitates difficult conversations, leading to deeper dialogue and higher quality outcomes. As one client shared: “Julie was able to see the invisible dynamics in the room, gently yet powerfully call them out, and ultimately get us where we needed to go. Julie holds a BA in Communication from the University of Southern California (USC) where she graduated summa cum laude. She lives in Los Angeles and loves traveling, food, movies, and musical theater, as well as chasing after her two young boys. She is a recurring guest lecturer in USC’s Master of Science in Applied Psychology program and has authored an accredited course in HR strategy.
